Nadine Orr, Vice President, Pension & Benefits, Human Resources, RBC
Located in Toronto, Nadine is currently responsible for the oversight of RBC’s global wellness and pension programs, representing over 80,000 active members and over $15 billion in pension assets. Prior to her current role, she was directly responsible for the US as well as the international pension, benefits and wellness programs outside of North America with a focus on the UK and the Caribbean (over 40 pension programs and 100 benefit programs). She has also been the lead HR – Pension and Benefits resource for many mergers and acquisition activity at the Bank. Prior to her role at RBC, Nadine was leading the pension and benefits centre of excellence at RBC Dexia responsible for the design, policy, financial management, reporting, governance, and communication functions related to the organisation’s global retirement and benefits plans. Nadine spent 10 years as a senior pension consultant at various Canadian and US benefit consulting firms and consulted with clients on a broad range of issues related to defined benefit, defined contribution, and postretirement employment plans.
